Why choose Mivo?
Every site is coded by hand around your business, not dropped into a template. Templates and page builders look like thousands of other sites, carry code and plugins you don't need, and fight you the moment you want something they weren't made for. A custom build loads faster, has less to go out of date or get hacked, and grows with you: new pages, payments or an app later, without starting over. And one developer handles it all, from quote to launch and after.
How does payment work?
You get a fixed written quote first. A 50% deposit starts the work, and the other 50% is due when the site goes live.
How secure are the sites you build?
Every site comes with HTTPS, admin logins with hashed passwords and limits on failed attempts, forms protected against spam and injection, and security headers. Payments go through the gateway's own secure checkout, so card details never touch your site. A care plan keeps backups, updates and monitoring going after launch. No site can be made unbreakable, but these basics stop the most common attacks, and backups mean a fast recovery if something does go wrong.
Will I own my domain?
Yes. Domains are registered in your name, so you always own them, even if you move to another developer or host.
Can you add online payments to a site I already have?
Yes. Pesapal (M-Pesa, Airtel Money and cards), Stripe, PayPal and the other gateways can be added to a new build or an existing site. Each gateway needs your own merchant account.
Can you turn my website into an app?
Yes. Your existing website can be turned into an Android and iOS app, ready for Google Play and the App Store. Google and Apple charge their own developer account fees, paid directly to them.
Who pays transaction fees and ad spend?
You do, directly to the provider. Payment fees go to the provider, such as Pesapal or Stripe, and ad spend goes to Google or Meta.
Do you work with clients outside Kenya?
